If you have any photos of drawings of the proposed stand please upload them.

Once the promotion has been approve and terms agreed, you will then be issues with a license agreement to sign, along with 'Applications for Payment' detailing your charges and when payment is due.

Your license will then need to be returned along with:

A copy of your Public Liabiity Insurance - minimum of £2 million

Portable appliance certificate (PAT Test) if electricall equipment is to be used.

A cheque - if payment is required immediately.

Photo ID (e.g. passport, photo driving license)

Proof of Address (e.g. two recent utility bills less than 3 months old)
